Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of products that cannot normally be returned by regular post due to their size or weight, you shall also bear the direct costs of returning such goods. The actual return costs depend on the destination and the selected carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
